THE PROCESS TO YOUR FINISHED EMBROIDERY

1. The first step in the process is to contact us and give us an idea of what you want. You can email us a sketch, artwork, photo or just discuss with us on the phone.​                                                         

2. Once we recieve your initial design idea we will look it over and discuss with you any ideas we may have for it and also what can and can't be embroidered. Just because something can be printed does not mean it will work and turn out well in embroidery.                                                               

3. Next we will take your idea and turn it into a basic design and send you a copy to check for spelling errors and your approval. If it needs some work we will gladly work on it until you are happy with it.                                                                                                                                             

4. Once everything looks good to you we will enter the digitizing phase of the process. This is where we take the design and make it into all the things it needs for embroidery. Such as stitches types, colors, locations and stitching sequence.                                                                                                 

5.  If you request one we will send you a graphic representation or a photo of a sample stitch out of the embroidery. Once again you can check for spelling, location and any other questions you may have.                                                                                                                                        

6. Once we get final approval we will proceed with the actual process of readying your garment, setting up the machine with the proper colors and settings for your design.                                           

7. Next we will do the actual embroidery.                                                                                                           

8. When the embroidery is complete we will inspect it for quality, any loose threads and trim the backing.                                                                                                                                           

9. Once we are satisfied that your item is completed and up to standards we will email you an invoice link. This link will allow you pay online using just about any payment method you wish. We will also send you a text message telling you that we sent the link to your email.                                           

10. Once you have paid the invoice online let us know when you would like to pick up your order.
