Bustinastitch.com has a 7 day return policy. No restock fees!

We will email you back within 2 to 3 business days with a return authorization number. The return instructions will be included with your

Please note:

 

Any item can be returned to Bustinastitch.com within 7 days of the purchase date only for problems with workmanship or errors. Any misuse or improper application of item or improper cleaning is not warrantable. Items that have been altered cannot be returned.

We will email you within 2 business days with a RMA #. 

The original order's Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.

It may take up to 7 days after items are received at our warehouses for your credit card to reflect the refund.

If you don't have this info available please contact customer service allow 2 to 3 business days to receive your RMA#. If you need a quick replacement order please place a new order right away. Your credit will be refunded back to your card as soon as your return is received and processed at our warehouse.
